2010 FIFA WORLD CUP SOUTH AFRICA
As was the case for the UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifying campaign, uefa.com will provide in-depth coverage as the European body's 53 member associations chase the 13 spots on offer from this continent at the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
The associations will be divided into eight groups of six teams and one of five. The nine group winners will advance to South Africa, while the eight best runners-up will contest four play-off matches to determine Europe’s other four finalists in November 2009.
